
Cole Slaw Dressing
Not too sweet, not too sour, not too much mayo—just right!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 3 1/3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp French seasoning or herbs d' Provence
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp agave
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 12 oz cole slaw mix
Instructions
- Whisk dressing ingredients together with red onion.
- Fold in cabbage slaw. Refrigerate a few hours for best flavor or eat right away.
